As the only Certified Commercial Investment Member designee in Lapeer County, Sharon is distinctive in our commercial industry. She lists her properties in National Commercial MLS's only available to CCIM designees. Additionally prior to her Real Estate career Sharon was, and still is, a licensed builder.  She uses her vast resources to assist her clients in sales, leases, developments, hi-tech and vacant land aquisition and sales.
